First Serving is currently providing takeout meals twice per week. Our church is responsible for the meal on the fourth Monday of each month. Contact Nancy Carroll for more information.
Meals served on February 22nd. Meatloaf, garlic butter potatoes, and mixed vegetables. We prepared 160 meals. Several went in the freezer for emergency meal needs as our visiting guests were down in number due to inclement weather.
Meals served on March 22nd. 135 penne pasta with meat sauce made by Julie and Patrick Forde (we savoured the aroma of an Italian restaurant in the kitchen!), 142 Caesar salads, and 12 freezer meals. Dessert squares were made by a youth group from Frogmore.
