1. Worship in the Park

Members of the congregation are invited to worship with others from Church Out Serving at a community worship service in Wellington Park at 10:30am on Sunday, August 2nd. Another option is to join the group camping at Brant Conservation Area for their outdoor worship service led by John Dickson. (There is an admission fee to enter the park.) While there will be no worship service at First Baptist, Rev. Pamela Fitkin and Heather Mackey will be at the church at 10:30am for anyone in need of prayer. There are plenty of ways for everyone to worship!
2. July Newsletter

The July newsletter is available on-line. This month's issue includes plenty of photos from the Christian Education Appreciation service, the outdoor Canada Day service, youth group adventures, and more. There are write-ups from CBOQ Assembly, an introduction to our summer student, and a special message from Rev. Elaine Poproski. You can find details about upcoming events such as VBS and plans for a pool party in August. Be sure to read it today to keep yourself informed about what's happening at First Baptist.
