End of year canoe trip!
After an introductory lesson on canoe techniques and safety, we launched 4 canoes of 3-4 people each on the Grand River, to paddle the Oxbow just south of Brantford. It was a 4 hour winding river paddle, with a break for a campfire lunch. We saw over 200 turtles along the way.
