Facilities

First Baptist Church has the following spaces available for rent:

Gym

• $40 per hour
• $266 for 8 hours
• plus set-up and custodian fees (see below)

Kitchen

• $20 drinks only (with gym rental)
• $85 for food preparation, cooking, use of dishwasher, etc. (with gym rental)
• plus custodian fee (see below)

Parlour

• $45 per hour
• plus custodian fee (see below)

Classrooms

• $32 per hour each
• plus set-up and custodian fees (see below)

Conference Room

• $40 per hour each
• plus set-up and custodian fees (see below)

Music Room

• $46 per hour
• plus set-up and custodian fees (see below)

Sanctuary

• Requires approval of the Board of Deacons
• $197 per event, day or evening
• $100 custodian fee paid directly to custodian
• $200 damage deposit is required
• Add-Ons:
• $35 piano fee payable to the church
• $35 pipe organ fee payable to the church
• $80 organist fee payable to the organist
• $60 sound system fee payble to the church (first 2 hours)
• $35 fee payable to church-approved sound system personnel (first 2 hours)
• $30 per hour fee payable to sound system operator (additional hours)

Weddings

• All applicable Sanctuary rental fees from above plus:
• $200 fee paid to the minister
• Must be paid in full one week prior to date of rental

Funerals

• Members make a donation to the church
• plus set-up and custodian fees (see below)

Set-Up & Clean-Up Fees

• To be paid directly to the custodian
• $50 Set-up 1-8 tables and/or up to 48 chairs
• $75 Set-up 9-12 tables and/or up to 96 chairs
• $100 Set-up 13-16 tables and/or up to 128 chairs
• $125 Set-up 17-21 tables and/or up to 168 chairs
