1. Blue Christmas Service

On Sunday, December 21st at 3:30pm there will be a time of songs, prayers, and support followed by refreshments for anyone experiencing a difficult Christmas. You are not alone. Please contact Rev. Pamela Fitkin if you have something to share at the service.

3. Christmas Pageant

The church will be presenting a traditional Christmas Pageant during the 10:30am worship service on Sunday, December 14th. All are welcome to participate. There will be a rehearsal on Saturday, December 13th from 9:30-11:00am. Please contact Janet Dickson if you are interested in participating or helping out behind the scenes.
4. Supporting Christmas Families

As we do every year, the church will be sponsoring families with Christmas gifts. This year, Haldimand-Norfolk Women's Services have requested support for four families. The church is collecting cash donations to purchase gifts. Put your contribution in your offering envelope labelled Gift Cards on the Goodwill line, or give the money directly to Kim Shay who will purchase the necessary gift cards. The goal is $650 this year. Thank you to everyone who can help out!
5. Rev. Pamela Fitkin Has Arrived

On Monday, November 17th Rev. Pamela Fitkin officially started her term as First Baptist's pastor. She plans to be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays and will be conducting pastoral visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We hope everyone in the church family gets a chance to meet her soon!
