April was a busy month at First Baptist with Good Friday, Easter, an induction service for Rev. Pamela Fitkin, and more. See the May newsletter on-line for articles and photos from all the recent events. May will be a busy month, too, with Anniversary Sunday, the “Secret Friends” wrap-up event, a women's tea, and more. 3. Anniversary Celebrations

On Sunday, May 31st the congregation will celebrate the church's 190th Anniversary. The guest speaker will be Rev. Elaine Poproski, who previously was minister at Simcoe First Baptist and is now at Walmer Road Baptist Church in Toronto. Plan to stay after the worship service for finger foods, historical displays, and more in the church gym. Everyone is invited to come celebrate with us!
