No church would be complete without the thundering music of a magnificent pipe organ. First Baptist has been fortunate to have pipe organs in use in the sanctuary for many, many years. The first organ (in the current building) was dedicated in 1923. It was replaced in 1956 by the Memorial Casavant Organ, dedicated to the memory of the men who gave their lives in World War II. That organ was heavily refurbished in 2000. These photos document that portion of First Baptist's history.
