May is “Create a Connection” Month
Church family can be supportive, encouraging, and willing to share life experiences when we allow connections to be made and relationships to develop.
There are several formal opportunities to connect – for example the annual meeting potluck on May 4th, or games night on May 23rd, but what about connecting in more informal situations?
Who can you invite to a casual conversation or activity outside of church time?
The church directory (ask the office for a copy!) has contact information to allow you to reach out and establish a connection with a family, a couple, or an individual in our church family.
Craft? Scrapbooking? Concert? Garden viewing? Hiking? Coffee shop? Trail walk? Park visit? Ice cream? Bird watching? Jigsaw puzzle? Monopoly? Bike ride? Fishing? Campfire? Greenhouse visit? Mario cart? Pokemon Go? Bowling? Duck watching? Woodshop tour? Front porch chat?
Anything is possible! It’s up to you to make it happen!
Take the challenge and create a connection!
