Gifts for Women's Shelter Families
Thank you to all those that contributed to the purchase of gift cards.
We were hoping to raise $640 and a whopping $1400 was raised.
The extra will stay in the Goodwill Fund for other similar needs.
These gift cards allowed the women to purchase their own gifts for their family this Christmas.
Young Adults
Pastor Pamela is initiating a Young Adult group. Please contact her if you know anyone who would be interesting in finding out more!
Church Constitution
Some recommendations are being made for changes to the current church constitution. Copies of the recommendations are posted on the church bulletin board. Email copies are available by request.
Please send any feedback regarding these suggested changes to Wendy Squires, Nancy Carroll, or John Wallace by January 18th. We will vote on the recommended changes at our next annual meeting.
Talbot Street Entrance
We would like to remind you that if you are coming to the church on Monday, Tuesday, or Saturday mornings, please come to the Talbot Street entrance.
Home For The Night has extended hours and requests that for our safety that everyone coming to the building please use the Talbot Street entrance. There is a doorbell there on the left-hand side. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: the Talbot street entrance is also the evening entrance for all church activities.
Bible Study
We are gathering names to see if there is enough interest in a Wednesday morning New Testament Bible study. Let the office know if you are interested. Deadline is Monday, January 12th.
Membership Classes
Membership classes will be offered sometime in January. Ask Rev. Pamela Fitkin for more details.
