The kids worked on a canvas painting called “Fall for Jesus: He never leaves.” (Leaves…double meaning!)
We then went outside to do our (communion) feast. We made praying hands and talked about how to pray, using the example of the Gospel of Matthew. Jesus speaks to His disciples about the structure of the Lord‘s Prayer. We started with thanks, then praise, and forgiveness. We prayed for our church family, our schools, and then ourselves.
